Executive Assistant/Business Support Manager

Are you looking to become more involved in a business and move into a role that will recognise and value both your administrative and organisational skills? Limelight is a full service marketing agency which needs someone who can deal with the day-to-day running of the office and become involvedin the business itself.

You’ll probably have been a PA, Administrator or Office Manager for at least 5 years and are keen to take the next step in your career. As there are just 2 people in a shared office environment, there is plenty of opportunity to grow with this fast paced business.

In addition to having a mature outlook, your skills will include experience of dealing with people at all levels. You will have a confident telephone manner, exude enthusiasm and have a positive ‘can do’ attitude towards work. You’ll be able manage tasks and data online and in a shared environment efficiently, and be proactive with prioritising client deadlines. It’s important that you are happy to take direction and be able to use your own initiative too.

To be considered for this exciting and expanding role, you will need to demonstrate that you have the following experience:

• A sound working knowledge of Microsoft, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook (Exchange)
• Be able to prioritise your workload and work to tight deadlines
• Have a great attention to detail
• Be creative and positive in your approach to solving challenges
• Bookkeeping would be an advantage but is not essential although you will feel confident working with figures

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company and learn from an industry expert. If you would like to be considered for this role, please send your CV and a covering letter telling us why you are the person we should employ to office@limelight-marketing.co.uk.

The role is available now, although we’re happy to wait for the right person.

The flexible working hours are 25-30 hours per week with a salary of £10-£14 per hour depending on experience, plus a statutory holiday entitlement of 28 days per annum (incl of bank holidays).

Candidates will be required to undertake a Microsoft Office aptitude test.

No agencies please.
